Overview

Mexico’s tax system is managed by the SAT (Servicio de Administración Tributaria), the country’s tax authority. Taxo’s Mexico integration allows you to automatically extract various types of tax documents directly from SAT’s systems.

Mexican Tax System Context

The unique taxpayer identification number in Mexico. Every individual and business must have an RFC to conduct tax-related activities.Format Examples:

  • Company: GAC841128A87 (12 characters)
Clave de Identificación Electrónica Confidencial - the digital credentials used to access SAT’s online services.Components:
  • RFC (username)
  • CIEC Password (confidential password)
